Project: Moorabool Shire Landscaping

GMA were successful in their bid to provide landscaping services to Rustel Constructions for the newly constructed entrance to the township of Bacchus Marsh.

In terms of Moorabool Shire, the landscaping design was the most innovative and detailed for any entrance into the shire. It included a central roundabout design with a mixture of timber edging, granite toppings, mulch and native plants.

External traffic islands replicated the roundabout design but incorporated degraded granite toppings as a feature.

Irrigation was installed and an 18month maintenance period all carried out inhouse by GMA.

The project was carried out on budget and 4 weeks before the due date.

"The roundabout has created a safe crossing for vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians. It will help ease traffic congestion and cater for growth in the Maddingley area. And the landscaping looks fantastic."
