The Challenges

The challenges were the height of the asbestos roof being replaced and the amount of infrastructure that was below the roof that required replacement.

GMA consulted with all stakeholders and came up with a successful plan to carry out the asbestos strip out and roof replacement.

All works were undertaken in blocks to avoid stoppages by weather and working at heights plans meticulously implemented all resulting successful strip and re-roofing of the affected areas.
